Delivery options

All UK and Ireland deliveries will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Standard delivery is £3, next day delivery is available on request. International delivery is possible; however, delivery times will vary substantially.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery time will vary based on postage option chosen. Standard delivery will usually take 1-3 working days including processing and packing. Holidays may affect delivery time; try to factor this in when purchasing an order close to busy postal periods.

Duties and Taxes

All UK and Ireland deliveries will not incur any duties or taxes. International deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer to pay duties and taxes associated.

 

Additional information

Factors outside our control may affect shipment process, such as delays expected because of extreme weather conditions or on-going disruptions in the global supply chain. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for these potential delays.

Shipment tracking & notifications

Tracking number along with estimated delivery date will be sent via email. Depending on courier service, notifications on delivery status may be possible.

 

Returns and refunds

Any unopened and sealed items may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in exchange for a full refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover return delivery costs and ensure that the product(s) is safely packed.
